The following services and features are provided as a standard part of their rental/leasing agreement:

- Twice-weekly laundry and house cleaning
- Regular refuse collection and window cleaning
- Shopping delivery service
- Access to amenity building and activity programme
- Structural insurance
- Maintenance of house exteriors (including painting) and grounds
As and when required, residents of the retirement community can choose to avail of a range of additional, optional services, including:
- The complete range of professional care services provided from Middletown House Nursing Home
- Meals delivered to your home from nursing home
- Hairdressing
- Chiropody
